Each quarter, a different artist offers a unique take on the idea of clubs by leading visitors through shared rituals, developing new skills together, and cultivating common interests. Join one club or join them all—the more you participate, the more you'll belong! Become a better, more interesting person and meet other well-rounded people like you. Inspired by urban homesteading, Jennie Ottinger conducts a merit-based adventure club called Country Club. Designed for city folk who romanticize and dream about country life, you'll have the chance to work your way through a skills-based hay maze, with stations for chicken "processing" (simulated – no real birds involved), vegetable growing and livestock tending, among others. For each task you successfully complete, you'll earn one of Ottinger's exclusive merit badges. Only truly elite members of the club will be able to collect them all! Join us as we get down home at SoEx on April 27.
