As part of Ledia Carroll's Mission Lake Project at Southern Exposure, Mission Creek Harbor Master and resident Kevin M. O'Connell, along with artist Ledia Carroll, will give a tour of the incredible houseboats on Mission Bay and talk briefly about the history of the waterway. The Mission Bay houseboat community is the only remaining of its kind in San Francisco. It exists in the midst of massive construction and gentrification of the Mission Bay area.
