This exhibition will be a survey of youth media projects that have been created by artists, youth and arts organizations in the Bay Area over the past five years. Y2K || Youth 2000 is a visual, auditory and sensory explosion of digital and print media, audio work/turntabling, ‘zines, stickers, posters and cartooning. Looking at the last five years of multi-media based work, Y2K || Youth 2000 features over twenty individual works and projects produced by young artists, youth collaboratives and arts organizations.
