Mapping a Collective Queer Future

Mapping a Collective Queer Future

We know cis-hetero-normative society is failing us and the planet. What does it look like when queerness saves the day, freeing us from binaries and systems of oppression? We will convene a group of BIPOC, queer, and transgender Bay Area artists to dream into the future through collaborative visioning processes. Then, we will create a wheat paste visual map of this shared future and the different paths and pit stops that will bring us there. This map will be displayed at public art galleries and an online virtual exhibit, inspiring others to dream towards a more equitable and queer future.
