David Liebendorfer weaves together an unwieldy combination of dream narratives and rubber materials. Rather than unfolding the nature of his dreams in ‘Rubber Soul,’ Liebendorfer literally wraps up his dreams, providing the viewer with only a glimpse of inner truth and denying a narrative reading of the work.
