FASTWÜRMS is the title and registered trademark of the Canadian artist collective directed and co-authored by partners Kim Kozzi and Dai Skuse. Their installation “Demeter 13” mimics the display and information structure of the museum/gallery/advertising in combination with the narrative and material format of a science fiction film. The installation explores issues of representation, identity, class, and colonialism from the point of view of a group of Witches that have outlasted, outlived, and eventually inherited control of western culture in a distant utopian future.
