Yes, it's election season. Perhaps you've heard about a certain candidate, and his plans to build a wall. Well, with some help from Sita Kuratomi Bhaumik and her collaborators, we're building that wall for him – and then coming together to smash it.

Opening Reception | Inauguración
Love the bustle of a big opening? Help us pull off the opening reception of the show, marking the completion of the wall’s construction with a Migration Mixtape by La Pelanga DJ collective, street food, and limited edition mini-piñatas by the Little Piñata Maker.
Set Up/Bartend: 6:00 – 8:30 PM (3 people)
Bartend/Take Down: 8:15 – 10:15 PM (3 people)

Talk | Plática: Strategies Against the Wall
Provide crucial event support for this public dialogue with artists and organizers working around the subject of migration.

The Fall | La Caída: Community Demolition Party
Where we all come together to pummel the piñatas – celebrating the destruction of the wall with a blow-by-blow narration by People’s Kitchen Collective, music by La Pelanga, and food to fuel our border crossings.
