Gallery Prep Crew: Set up tables, roll out paper, and make sure registration systems are set.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28
Artwork Receivers: Help the early birds fill out forms while you receive their artwork. Make sure everyone gets candy.
11:30 AM – 2:30 PM (4 people)
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (3 people)
4:30 PM - 7:30PM (4 people)

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 29
Artwork Receivers: Help the early birds fill out forms while you receive their artwork. Make sure everyone gets candy.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 30
Jurying Assistants: We'll provide the white gloves, you'll assist the exhibition juror as he reviews over 500 artworks and whittles it all down to what will become Me and You and This Other Thing.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 31
Pick-Up Artists: Help artists locate their work amidst organized chaos. Halloween costume optional.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11
Opening Bartenders: Serve beer, wine and cocktails. You must be over 21 to bartend.
