The Sun is a project of sound and vision that defies the notion of audience and performer. In its infancy, this project included a rotating cast of musicians, artists and friends (some with experience in making music and others without) came together for improvisational sound-making sessions.

At Southern Exposure The Sun continues its journey into adolescence and invites the audience to participate. The energy that drives the performance of The Sun comes from a room of people letting go of their inhibitions and accessing a youthful purity that is so often lost and buried under suits, haircuts and posturing. The energy that drives the performance is you.
