Volunteer with SoEx at the 20th Street Block Party!

Southern Exposure is hosting a special project by The Society for the Advancement of Bureaus and Offices at this year's 20th Street Block Party on Saturday, August 20. We need eager supporters of bureaucracy to help us set up tables, chat up music and food fans about all things SoEx, sell some swanky merch and pack it all away at the end of the event.

Set Up/Table Rep: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (2 people)
Table Rep/Take Down: 3:00 – 7:00 PM (2 people)

More About the Project
The Society for the Advancement of Bureaus and Offices is a global network of associations that seek out the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and counsel of publics and passers-by everywhere. During the event, groups such as Art for a Democratic Society, The Bureau of Linguistical Reality, and The Association of Combative Landscapes will offer activities and solicit the feedback of the citizenry on subjects such as public space and urban planning, the social nature of language, and finding balance in conflictual situations.
