Cynthia Ona Innis has exhibited her work extensively throughout the Bay Area and internationally since receiving her MFA from Rutgers University in 1994. Her exhibition history includes shows at the The Drawing Center, NY; Skidmore College, NY; and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, CA. In 2013, she was an Affiliate Artist at the Headlands Center for the Arts.

Her work is included in notable public collections such as the San Jose Museum, the UC Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive, The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, and the Art in Embassies Program, U.S. Department of State in Riga, Latvia.
