[ 2nd floor projects ] is an artist run contemporary art space, a destination for exhibition, events, dialogue, and publishing, working with local and international artists and writers. Programming includes commissions to writers throughout the country to produce a limited edition: essays, personal narratives, interviews, poetry or mixed-genre writings in the form of an in-house handcrafted broadsheets or chapbooks. [ 2nd floor projects ] has participated in Printed Matter's NY and LA Art Book Fairs, Miss READ Berlin Art Book Fair, among other fairs.
